Bantam C Silverstick Champions
On Sunday January 5 the Southwest Bantam Bullets captured the Bantam C Regional Silver Stick Championship with a 4-2 win over Lucan
Earlier Sunday morning, the boys defeated East Lambton 3-2 in the semi-finals to gain a well deserved berth in the finals.
With earlier wins over Zurich and North Middlesex, along with a loss to North Middlesex in the round robin paved the way to victory for the team this year
After losing one of their forwards in game #1 for three games, and then one of their defenceman in the quarter finals for a game, the team persevered against it all with a lot of hard work, heart, determination and a will to not give up.
The Team has now qualified for the International Finals in Forest from Jan 24-26-2014
