Ice/ Referee/ Timekeeper Coordinator
Duties:
- working with SWMHA coaches and board members.
- work with each municipality to schedule games
-contact municipality with game cancellations, additions, or any changes to practices
-Add games to the horizon app it automatically books refs for games
-Keep in contact with four counties personnel and teams for game changes refs etc (make sure to cancel refs/timekeepers ASAP when games are cancelled)- coaches are responsible for notifying you of game cancellations
-Acquire local teens to timekeep and run the team iPad gamesheet
-Fill out invoice to track the timekeeper’s hour/pay and send to bookkeeper
-Attending Monthly Meetings
