POLICE CHECK FOR ALL TEAM OFFICIALS AND ON-ICE VOLUNTEERS - MONDAY JUNE 15TH FROM 4:30pm TO 6:00pm

Please note that all On-Ice Volunteers require a vaild Police check.  For those that currently do not have, or need to renew, we have organized a date at the

Glencoe OPP Station
157 Water Street

All applicants must agree to a Criminal Record Check by the OPP/Chatham Kent Police as per the OMHA’s Prevention Services Guideline. Failure to comply with this request or a failing result may disqualify a candidate.
