                  Registration 2020-2021 Season

Registration is open for the 2020-2021 season.
Please read this page and follow the instructions for the online registration. The online registration system is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while registrations are accepted.
Payment is made by credit card, no exceptions are allowed. Your registration is not submitted unless you "check out" from website. If your registration is successfully processed then you will receive a confirmation email with the order details from Hockey Canada.
Please note that registrations AFTER May 31th will AUTOMATICALLY have a $100.00 LATE FEE added to the registration fee.
This late fee will not apply to players NEW to SWMHA.
Too avoid late fees, you just need to register your child/ren before June 1st. Payment can deferred to a later date. When you get to the payment section, you can defer the payment to either a payment plan, or payment before September 1st.

Please note - skaters will not be allowed on the ice for tryouts unless they are registered and paid in full. This is due to insurance reasons.

The online registration process also provides an administrative advantage for the organization. The process automatically puts players into the Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) database which means the Representative and House League teams can be easily rostered.

** One parent must complete the Parent Respect In Sport (RIS) Program prior to registering your child/children - this only needs to be done once  NOT YEARLY**
Here is the link to the parent respect course
This is the link for more details

Attention New players! Please send a copy of the player's birth certificate to the registrar. Either scan or take a clear photo and email it to [email protected] . Your registration is not complete until it is received.

If you were previously registered for another organization, please contact the Registrar, so that a transfer from your previous center can be initiated before registering online.
A transfer document will need to be completed and filed with SWMHA before the player will be allowed to participate on ice. A number of documents, listed on the form, will need to be provided to prove your move to a new center.

For those who receive a registration subsidy:
You are still responsible to be registered before June 1st to avoid late fee and to be paid in full by September 1, 2020.
Once the subsidy is received, your account will be reimbursed. Subsidy programs are already accepting applications.
