SWMHA is excited to welcome Glencoe's own certified personal trainer from EK Vitality, Erika Meloche to the dry land training team. She will be helping us get the kids in tip top shape for the start of this years season. Some of you may have seen or experienced Erika running the great boot camps in town over the last year.

The pre season land training will be kicking off on Thursday August 11th @ 7pm - 8pm and continuing every Thursday (weather permitting) until September 29th. We will be at the rear of Glencoe high school at the running track.

The training sessions will mainly be focused on bringing the kids fitness/strength and co-ordination skills up to a higher level before we get into the 2016/2017 season. For those who are interested, Erika is also prepared to offer nutritional advice. So feel free to approach her with any questions.

What to bring: Exercise attire including running shoes, water bottle, street hockey stick, and a great attitude!!

Just a reminder that this training is offered free of charge and any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour towards coaching staff or other players will not be tolerated. If your child is asked to sit out due to bad behaviour etc, please respect that it has been done so that this new training experience can be enjoyed by everyone involved.
