Thank you Southwest Bullets Community
A HUGE thank you all to all the teams, Families and local businesses for your great support this past weekend for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A total of $2276.45 will be donated to a great cause. Well done!!!
Special mentions must go to Darin and Lisa Kulich from Tru Country in Glencoe who kicked things off by donating 14 pairs of pink laces. With his kind donation, a snow ball effect then proceeded, and here we are now donating over $2000. The team at Tru Country also donated dozens of door prizes for the event.
A big thank you to Henry VanBilsen for donating a 'Stick it to Breast Cancer' hockey stick from the Chatham Maroons. Won by Mandy Wilson. - Congrats and thank you.
50/50 'chuck -a- Puck' raised $465 and was won by Puck number 174 purchased by Lisa Kulich. She kindly donated half of her prize money back to the cause. Great work Lisa!!!
All participating teams got amougnst the action by dressing in Pink. From pink jerseys and laces, to pink mohawks and everything in between. I even heard of friendly side bets between the teams for who would be best dressed. The best dressed team award went to the Atom Shamrock team. Great work kids!!! You will be receiving a pizza party for your efforts.
