Dry Land Training is BACK!!!
Due to the great success and continued interest, our FREE dry land training sessions will be on again this year!! Offered to all kids novice age and up. This is a great way to get in shape for the up and coming 2017/2018 season.
It will once again be run by Glencoe's own personal trainer from EK Vitality, Erika Meloche. The first session will be at Glencoe High school track, starting at 6:00pm till 7:00pm on July 13th, and they will run every Thursday until September 7th. Bring road hockey stick & gloves, running shoes, drink bottle and a great attitude.
