FREE Dry Land Training
Our FREE Dry land training will be resuming again starting Thursday 13th July 6:00pm at the Glencoe High school track. Don't forget your road hockey stick, running shoes, water bottle and great attitude.

Erika Meloche from EK Vitality will once again be pushing us to get the best out of ourselves before we get into tryouts and the season!!! Be sure to sign-up and add your t-shirt size as we are aiming to have a workout shirt for each player.
