1. Board Positions filled (nominations and which positions still need to be filled)

New president, VP, four counties rep, director of development, sponsorship coordinator, parent rep

2. Registration update: where are we at with numbers

3. Advertising video/incentive for early registration.

4. Ice time update

5. Tim Hortons order?

6. Summer events- opti-fest, sign-up genius, advertising to get volunteers

7. Equipment- where it’s at and what we need to get for next year. Where are U11 jerseys. Sponsorship for jerseys.

8. Tournament dates for next year- advertise on OMHA tournament website once dates are set.

9. Golf tournament fundraiser- details and possible dates.
